Not certain on whose these are made by, ive had a few sets on my c14. Has tapped holes in fronts for routing points. $30 shipped lower 48 con us.

Think risers are good addition to C14. Mine came with 2" ones, and still had stock cables. These gave room to raise the front forks by 0.6" (so lowered the front), changing the geometry to make the bike handle quicker - no bottoming over speed bumps either. Helped a bit getting my short legs to the ground, too. Geometrically kinda same thing for handling as mounting a taller rear tire.
