Not sure how many remember McCormick ion the AMA seeries a few years ago.  He was called up for 1.5 seasons with Team Jordan and got consistent top 10's, which isn't great except he was 17 years old at the time.

Last year he annihalated the CDN Superbike championship taking wins in every race except the last ()where he fell in the wet).

Earlier this year he ran 2 WSS races and got top 10s again, beating his more experinece teammate.  He's now signed to ride next season over there and I hope he does great.  http://insidemotorcycles.blogspot.com/2011/12/fim-cup-effenbert-liberty-racing-signs.html
 
I've often wondered why we don't see more Canadian riders come out of CSBK to WSBK or MotoGP.  Good to see one with big potential making his way on...  :great:
