Hey,
I bought a leftover 17 C14 in 2018 and really haven't had a chance to ride it like I'm accustomed to until this past Spring. Had Honda CBs until '99, when I bought a 98 Suzuki Bandit and fell in love. Bit the bullet and traded up for the 1400. Love it except for a few little things, one being the fixed tire valves. Remedied that with right angle valve stems.
Just joined as a forum member to start and have two questions. First, has anyone ever tried to mount highway pegs on theirs? Comfortable but would love to stretch out these old knees on a spot for a short while, rather than try to stretch em out and hold them up myself. Somewhere thru the louvres attached near the radiator perhaps? (not mechanically inclined). Second, is there a cell phone mount anyone can suggest to attach? those stealthy shaped handlebars are quite oddly shaped.
Thank you and I hope to assist others in the future!

:welcome:

Welcome to the group!

Enjoy the scenery until someone can answer your questions.
I cannot answer, but I'm sure someone will soon.

:welcome: aboard!

Buck Sport Touring & Ronnies pegs both offer highway pegs for your bike. Or install crash bars & mount pegs to those. Ram mount has a variety of options for mounting phone, the one that fits in the stem bolt is probably the most popular.

Enjoy the ride.

Welcome from Canada!
Everyone has a certain way they want the bike set-up
You will find the perfect combo, keep looking from those in the know!
Ride safe!

Welcome Ed! I have Canyon Cage engine/crash bars on my and still plan to do like "Just Cliff" mentioned, and install some highway pegs on them. Good suggestion.

Welcome... highway pegs mounted in a set if canyon cages.  The cages may be a little hard ti find.  Advanced sport touring AST also has a set and if hiu go to YouTube.  Ryan from ast has a bunch of video installs for all his products, including the highway pegs
