I have a set of crash guards off of my 08 Concours. I bought the bike back in 2010 and these came with it. While the guards certainly offer all of the protection you could ever hope for, they were just not for me, so they were removed and have sat in my garage rafters since. All of the pieces are there and most of the bolts are included, but you may have to source a few. The guards are all in good shape. They do not have any rash but do have some spots of surface rust on some of the bars that could be easily cleaned. The plate that sits at the back rack has a bit of rust on the bottom. I've included pictures below of what is included, but I couldn't find any old pics of the bike with the guards installed. If you search the Google machine for "Concours Law Enforcement Crash Guards" you can see how they look once installed.
