help with some missing parts

I am the proud new owner of a 1999 Concours. As I have been going over the bike I have noticed a couple of missing items and am hoping people might be able to steer me in the right direction to acquire them: 1) underseat tray to hold the tool kit and manual 2) the inserts to place when the luggage racks are removed (1999 model - burgundy color) Any info that you can share about where to look or whom to ask would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Larry
