Camping is up to you to reserve your site at Jamaica State Park (there is some availability in my site -discussion point0 and possibly a potluck Friday Night at the campground. If just riding on Saturday its KSU at 8 am at the general store in Jamaica Vermont. General store has coffee and baked items and stuff. Have your tank full please... last gas that I remember is in Townsend on the way north.

  • Great time running the VT Gaps on Saturday. Perfect riding weather - Sunny & 60’s.
  • Sunday same weather for ride home. Only Friday on way up was intermittent showers.
  • Lean-to campsite in case of rain but didn’t need it. Stopped raining when we got there.
  • Couple hours later, clear sky with full moon.
  • Nights were cool and crisp, upper 30’s.
  • Not too much traffic, saw several groups of riders on Saturday, still early in the season.
  • Only a little bit of dirt road on way back to campground.
  • Campground full of kayak paddlers as there was a scheduled dam release. But no other bikes besides us.

Thanks again to carlzgr89270 for reserving campsite and posting event.
