What are all the parts I need to work with a C14, apart from the unit itself? (Kawi P/Ns would be helpful).

I have two 14s and will probably end up with a 3rd-gen unit, so it's becoming more and more feasible to take the plunge and pick up a setup.
 
KDS3 USB Version: 57001-1648 (may be superseded by 57001-1725)
2010+ C14 Cable: 57001-1745
08-09 C14 Cable: 57001-1688 + 57001-1649
Windows 2000/XP Software: 57001-1650 (May not be available any longer but you probably don't want this anyway.)
Windows 10 Software: 57001-1802 (May be superseded, but the dealer should have the new PN for this.)

That should get you going.

You can't buy one new, dealers aren't allowed to sell them. That's why they are so hard to find.
 
Agreed! I have the older version and gave up trying to find the newer CD and just purchased an older laptop running XP.
 
Bumping this a bit:

Got a -1648 unit on the auction site, bought the 2010-up cable and I'll buy the ones for my '08 soon. Also bought the -1802 software from an online dealer...hopefully I'll actually get it. Does anyone have a -1650 CD they don't need?
