Luggage Rack with Givi Kit for Sale

This is a brand new aluminum luggage rack made for the Concours14 by Advanced Sport Touring with the Givi Monokey Kit. The dealer ordered it for me (off eBay, as it turns out, and added a 100% markup :(). My legs were too short for the bike, and I ended up trading it in elsewhere. I waited too long to return the no-longer-needed luggage rack, and was thus unable to do so.

The eBay price is $135 + tax (at least in Texas). I'd like to get $110 (not a dealer, no tax) & free US shipping.

Any takers?
