+1, but, if you are a bit more mechanically inclined, buy a Kawasaki shop manual and learn how to do some of the work yourself. Start with the easy stuff and work up from there.
 
Steve is the man for the carb rebuild. Here is his tutorial on the easiest way to remove the carbs.
If you don't have the place to work on your bike then whoever takes the carbs out you should still send them to Steve,
By now I think he must have rebuilt hundreds if not a thousand carbs for this bike and he can fix a factory niche that these carbs had which was a stumble near 3k rpm and install the float bowl overflow tubes.
There must be a member in the Houston area that can give you guidance on the carb removal,
