Nickname Change

Evening, all.

I don't remember being given a choice as to my forum nickname when I joined under a trial. I figured the nickname I was given was generated by the system and meant to be temporary. Right this moment, it says it cannot be changed until Oct 8. Would someone be so kind as to manually change it?

The important line for your question:
2) On the Account Details page, click Change to the right of your current forum name. Username change is limited to once every 30 days - newly created accounts must wait until time indicated or contact COG Membership.
