some of us has been talking about possible venues for this year. one is for 24-27 June. That is tentative schedule for hodaka days, in Athena, Oregon. there are food vendors, breakfast, lunch and supper.
hodaka events we could watch-or participate if you have a smaller dirt bike. Bryan and I have a shop that people could sleep in. We also have a couple tents, and sleeping covers. (Our shop has restroom accommodations and a shower), but it is a working shop, just saying....

There is the Pendleton Bike week. July 15-18. Blue Oyster Cult concert , This is mostly harley riders, but there are some events, also.

AND/OR Jun 11-13 Cruise at Wildhorse. The casino here in Pendleton has a hotel and campground. we could bring some tents and cots from the house out to the casino, and those that want a room can do that. We can set up a hospitality then at the campground at the casino. cook burgers and steaks/whatever...we can bring a grill and a stove.

We have a great selection of roads to ride that have plenty of twisties. we can ride to joseph in a day, or up to the tri cities. out through the reservation. there are many options. heres another thought. ride to Weston one day, then ride to Lewiston, Clarkston the next day...

bike week and hodaka days are tenitive at this time.. ssssooo, pick one, pick two or three! I have contact information for the hotel and if there is interest in that, I will call for rates.

We will firm up plans after receiving some input.

these would all be informal meet and greets.

June 11-13, I'm already committed in Eastern Washington. That's a must do.

I'll be in Spearfish, SD on 24-27 June. :(

July 15-18 ...I'm thinking of going to Hell's Canyon just before that. I don't mind going to Pendleton, but really not interested in hanging around with a bunch of Harley riders. It sounds like a great time...to be somewhere else where they aren't at. :D The roads will be open and I shouldn't have to slow down for them. :D :D :D

Two queens in one room at the casino start at $136/night for that weekend. If I were to attend, I would pitch a tent.

I'm not a fan of the Harley ego flexers crowd, but a BOC show would be cool.

Hodaka Days looks like fun. I've slept in Bob's garage, so I'm up for a comparison.

I would be interested in the Pendleton bike week July 15-18 or the Wildhorse cruise June 11-13. Will be gone during the Hodaka days. Thanks!!

waiting for a response for the games. Bryan says he imagines we have room for a trailer. How big, he asks? we can fit you someplace!

we understand. I was just offering up something to do. We live in Weston 20 miles away. they dont affect us here. If there is a lagrge interest the casino is the place to go. I have worked at the rv park during bike week. no big deal. burt if 5 - 10 people want to come to the shop, we have room between shop and tents.
Any-who, talked to bike week organizer yesterday. its canceled. if anyone wants to come over that weekend for a ride that is fine with us. our shop is usually

Vendor/BOC will not come unless we are 100% open..but if you ever want to get away and come to the land of wheat and twisties, COMEONDOWN! just give us a heads up. we will still host an informal meet and greet any of these weekends, or others, if interested. just let us know.
