Indeed they are. The next mountain riding event is Run With The Wolf, the w/e AFTER Labor Day. Come on over to Suches. It's not a long ride from Charlotte.  Welcome to the SE. You might want to send the Membership Officer an email when you're settled asking him to change your region to the SE.
