Hey we sometimes take one or more photos on our rides, but not enough for a full report thread.
So post them up here.

Include where, and a short description maybe ...

Looks like the Farquier crossing, south of Nakusp and that road West take one over Monashee Pass...looks like it any way, have done it half a dozen times. Lovely country and some great lodgings at Nakusp Hot springs.

Couple days ago cruising northern MN looking for and checking out some recent storm damage (or lack thereof).
The Lost Forty is a forty acre parcel that thru a clerical error was never logged. Still huge virgin white pine timber to this day. Near Dora Lake, MN population about 12.

Short trip to Mount Rainier national park.

ZXtasy - you are correct. I have been on that ferry a few times. It is beautiful country! Nice Cecil!

I took my son to Deal's Gap for the first time this summer. He had just turned 17. We rode the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, and Moonshiner 28 for three days.

This is on the "Moonshiner 28" run, at Fontana Lake:

This is in SE Washington between Pasco and Walla Walla.
I took photo because this area has the deepest topsoil I've encountered.
Some 11,000 years ago a volcano in SW Oregon blew its top and deposited heavy loads of ash downwind.
SE Washington got a load of ash, which became soil, and the subsequent glaciers of the ice age didn't make it down
this far south to scour the soil away = deep soil, no boulders.  The blew-its-top volcano is (now) Crater Lake National Park.

EDIT:  here's an internet photo of Crater Lake

Ferry ride back into Seattle after a tour of Olympic peninsula

Great Pics...
Robertv those bring back fond memories as a young man stationed in Seattle WA. been on that ferry, the Space Needle, Mount St. Helens.

I really enjoyed my time in that state, Mount Rainer, Mount St. Helens, the Olympic peninsula, Vancouver, riding the pass. Stunning Mountains, fresh water rivers and rapids, salt water Puget Sound, dessert to the south, Pikes Market it was wonderful.

Dupree Gardens, I pass this almost every ride while heading North to my riding zone. Finally stopped for a photo.

Here's a few good one's from 2018 great year here in the NW.

I have actual data proving the Kawasaki Concours14 has contributed to significant weight gain. I hope I run out of cool places visit, I've found more good eats than I have in my life since acquiring this bike.

My friend just bought this Versy's ...that's him in the pic. I'm real impressed with this little bike, it's nice and does everything well and comfortably. He's 6'4" and has no plans for comfort mods (risers, seats, peg lowering, etc...) It was easily able to stay with me all day, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm actually considering the Versy's 1000 for me.

We chose a nice tree canopy covered route and left at 5:00am to beat the heat, lots of nice scenery and wildlife. I ran over a pretty large very colorful snake and he was pissed, lashing around in the middle of the road. I went back to see what he was and he was gone. Also saw the largest gofer turtle I've ever seen crossing the road in the blazing hot unshaded road, boy he was slow and had to feel that hot road on his little feet.

the more pictures I see of those bikes, the more I want one... I may give up on taking my wife on "rides" over one.. and that's dangerous words....  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I need a lighter bike. :-[ >:D >:D >:D :))

I gave up taking my wife on this bike, I've tried every backrest and custom extension mounting for more slide back room on the rest. It's just not comfortable or what she's used to. Too difficult to safely mount/dismount, rides too high and changes my center of gravity too much for my enjoyment. This is a sport bike in sheeps clothing.

That's too bad Tundra ... as I would miss my best friend (i.e., wife) on the back. Then again, she does try to slow me down when I get aggressive in the twisties. Like, taking my "Yee" out of the "Yee ha."  :rotflmao:

I still get on it quite often, in spite of the swat to the back of my helmet of her nails in my back.

I left at 5:00am to beat the heat, met up with a friend for breakfast. Caught this Sunrise a little late over Lake Seminole. Beautiful morning dodging severe rain but never getting caught in it. Just punching holes in the sky as we went.

Sand Key Bridge. I made it home dry, I'm not so certain for him as he had several more miles to ride into stormy skies like this. I am absolutely amazed we were able to dodge this severe weather. I needed to get in the wind today for an attitude adjustment.

Wow, gorgeous ... a piece of God's masterpiece, captured ... well done!

Thank you David, in the right place at the right time.
I enjoy the scenery as much as the riding, something I can look at when I can no longer ride. Hopefully that's far off into the future.

Welcome Tundra. Yes, the sights, sounds and smells (not all good) come alive when we're out enjoying creation on N-wheels.

Pacific NW.  WA state.

So 5 of us headed from Kennewick, WA to Ukiah, OR.  I was to return that same day, the 4 others were on a two night ride further south in Oregon.

Right off the bat, out of a busy Starbucks parking lot into a busy intersection, we 5 got separated, 4 of us going one direction, one going the other.  :-[  But we all knew where the first stopping point was 50 miles later - the grain elevators.

... here, the guy who went his solo way is showing his frustration.  All's good.
