nonetheless. 6'1" with a 32" inseam, and proportional upper body, and in full UP, this windscreen pushed all the air above my head.
Very good coverage on the hands and arms too in colder weather.
Measurements are subjective, but you can get the idea of how this covers your frontal area from the Calsci website.
I measure 25" tall, 24" at the widest part of the lower screen, and 19" wide at the top.
