These are the heavy 2 in. long version and include the mounting hardware to attach to the end of OEM handle bars (or other like HeliBars)

They came a C10 but the mounting bolt size is the same for C14 so I think they would work there too.

The throttle side twists on and off to put tension on the throttle grip to hold it in place to give your throttle hand an rest.

$85 for the set which including shipping in CONUS.
