Tall Shirts

Hey Dave, Is there any possibility that COG could start offering shirts in tall? I would love to purchase more merchandise, trouble is I'm 6'6" and the regular shirts just don't cut it. I've got a closet full of rally shirts I don't wear because they're too short. Given the riding position (slightly leaned forward), I would think there are a number of people who may be in purchasing tall shirts. Thanks, Mark

Hey Mark! I've with ya there! I'm 5' 10", but my doctor tells me I'm 6' 4" from the waist up and 5' 6" from the waist down :p so I always try for the tall shirts. I've got to go pick-up an order at the print/embroidery shop soon. I'll ask them to get me some quotes for the tall sizes and post back here. I asked about tall sizes when I first took over, if I rememeber correctly tall t-shirt are tough to come by, but we may have some luck with the embroidered stuff. Thanks Dave! I look forward to hearing what you find out. Best! Mark Mark Wojcik COG #465 Hudson, WI 1986 Concours

Yeah Dave, I need "tall" shirts too. But not because I'm tall... I have a medical condition known as "Dunlop Disease".(Belly Dunlop over the belt!) AKA "Brewers Droop"

Opps, sorry guys. I really screwed up on this one. The order I was going to get was messed up bad and I needed it ASAP, so I forgot about the tall shirt topic. I know the denim are really long, don't think there is a tall size in those. Thanks for the reminder, I'll try to remember to check again soon. I coulda been tall. I have tall relatives. 6'7", 6'11", lots over 6'4"... my 19yo son is 6'6". But instead my dad says I "got bent over at the ankles." Yep, just big feet. :)

Ummmm... No  :nananana:

We are looking for a new Merchandise Officer, take the position and you can order any size you want  >:D

Camper Dave,

Thanks but, no thanks.  :)  I have recently resigned from the Board the runs Mazda Raceway (Sports Car Racing Assoc. of the Monterey Peninsula) "SCRAMP".  After 35+ years of voluntering for a Non-Profit I am done committing my time.  Maybe that is just MAYBE I can help when the annual is on the West Coast.

I plan on a trip to Belize for a couple on months this year and a ride to Alaska next year.  Retirement is a bitch but somebody got to do it.

That's OK Don, I just mention the position any chance I get.

When I checked last (and that was a while ago), the vendor we used did not have much of a selection in the Tall sizes. But there was some.
Also, in the past when I held the Merchandise Czar position I made a few post about being able to get almost anything made (embroidery especially). After hunting down a few price quotes, I got exactly zero orders.
