Our standard shipping is USPS, normally 1st class ( Advantage is what they are calling it now I believe) Some items are automatically shipped USPS Priority , and some have the option to do so listed on the page you order the item from. Delivery times are heavy dependent on which USPS hub they go through. It seems to hit our west coast customers faster than they do on the east, ( we ship from Kentucky). We will ship any where, and any how a customer is willing to pay for, that being said, next day air generally will not work from here. A a rule, anything listed on the site is in stock, and probably 99% of our orders are shipped within one business day, we ship on Saturdays as well. Occasionally do to logistics and inventory a hand full of items are dropped shipped from the west coast. Export shipping cost is quoted based on the address, and is for FedEx as the carrier, the quote will not include any taxes, tariffs, or other fees that may be due on delivery.

What is your experience with shipping to Canada these days as far as ETA? I know customs is somewhat unpredictable.

I want you to know how much I appreciate the fast service received over the years from Murph’s. It is always a relief to know that anything other than FedEx is used. They are as predictable as dandelion seeds in the wind. Have had great luck getting my Murph’s USPS shipments.

Just to let all you sorry blokes know - Gary must likes me the best 😜 ! He is insistent on having the greatest service, quickest shipping, and I get all my stuff with a bow on it.

For all you getting each other's orders, it's user error. No fear: I am here to help --> For a 50% service fee I will place your orders for you - just need a CC number and I'll get your address right.

No Harry.
What came to your house was my stuff.
Charlie's stuff is at my house.

Ride safe, Ted

PS: Just jokin'.
Gary always delivers fast (to the right address) and has good stuff.
And {if it ain't correct} he WILL work to make it right.
Ted, why don't you join Harry and I for the Volcano Ride? We can get our parts sorted out and send everyone home happy.

Well then, let me extend an invitation to join us for the Volcano Ride on August 8th. Got room in your tank bag for my brake pads?
I would, but the part I ordered was delivered elsewhere, and the bike wont run till I install it.

LOL some folks ship stuff to the wrong address every once in awhile
Errors will always happen, no matter what industry. What sets businesses apart is how they respond when an error is detected.

Thank You Gary (Murph’s Kits) for your excellent customer service, support, and dedication to COG and the overall motorcycling community.

Murph's Kits is always my first stop when looking for parts. From the time I placed my order until I got the email with tracking information a whole one hour and twenty-eight minutes had passed. Who else does that?

He must have been slacking that day. I seen faster response times.
