1987 concours air bleed screw

Just bought 1987 concours and want to change cooling fluide. Can anone tell me where the air bleeder srew is located. Right side near foot break or left side near foot shifter. Tks Wayne

On the C10 there are 2 air bleeds. First is on the side of the Thermostat RHS of bike above the carbs. The second is on the Water Pump. LHS above foot peg. The drain screw is under the LHS of the bike on the tube that connects the water pump to the radiator, you will need to remove the belly pan. If I recall correctly there are pictures in our technical section. All need a 10mm socket. Colin Prior COG Webmaster Lake Forest Park WA COG#7767 AMA#1081764 ROK#20000617

Just what Colin said. However never open up the lower bleeder with the engine running. You can cause a condition called cavitation. And that is not good for the pump! (a gross understatement! :8o: ) AKA "2linby" That's 2-lin-by folks!
