Bump/Price reduction.

I ended up purchasing a new 2022 C14 and can't talk my wife into riding my 2012 C14, so it's up for sale.. Here are the particulars...
  • You will not believe this bike has over 56K miles on it. It is a stunner!!
  • 56,063 miles (I will put a few miles added each month to ensure good running order)
  • Top Blocks crash bars (tip over protection)
  • ECU has been flashed with SISF's Mountain Runner Flash
  • Murph's 2" handlebar risers with Ram Ball mount
  • Rostra Cruise control - Installed in 2015 and has performed flawlessly for 35K+ miles
  • Tech Spec tank grippers
  • Givi med-large expandable Tank Bag with rain fly
  • Tank Ring for secure locking of the Givi tank bag
  • Battery Tender connection is wired
  • One active FOB, one passive FOB and two spare keys
  • New TPMS batteries installed in 2022 - should give another 6-8 years of life
  • Matching Candy Arabian Red top panel for large Givi Monolock top-box (the Kawasaki branded one)
Always garaged, ridden mostly in the Western and Northwestern U.S. during late spring, summer and early fall seasons. The bike has been well maintained and meticulously cleaned/detailed for it's entire life.

It will need tires soon. Other than that, it's ready to ride.

Not looking for trades. Clean title in hand.

Asking $4,500 obo.

Dropping price to $4,500

Itā€™s been tough to get any interest. I guess the Connies are just not popular these days. This bike looks showroom new and has been well maintained; should have sold months ago (IMHO). I guess heavy sport touring is a diminishing riding segment.

How close are you to a major airport?

This is a great machine at an even greater price, itā€™ll move. Lots of people focused on vacations right now; I wouldnā€™t bury it in the back of your garageā€¦

I live just outside Vegas but Hood river is way out of the way.

Hey xhdracer7654 - That's an easy 2-day ride home (or one if you're feeling ambitious, and a chance to knock out an Iron Butt too)

I can attest that runnerb0y takes very good care of his bikes and is only 90 minutes from PDX (Portland Int'l Airport). Heck I'd even be willing to pick you up at the airport and shuttle you out there to pick it up!

The cruise control would make the ride home pretty easy.

Just sayin' šŸ˜

Quick note on this bike and the owner. As has been stated, the owner is very particular about his machines and I expect the bike is nicer than he is describing. I don't think you would be disappointed in the bike and the price.....very reasonable for such an amazing machine!

I just sent the link to a guy in Florida... old class mate of mine... we shall see... I want it but need a place to live... My 2010 looks old next to yours.

Thanks to 2andBlue, Fastenova, and 1965soda for the kind words and the assistance in trying to sell the 2012.

Thank you zrxmax for the assist with sending the link to a potential buyer.

Really appreciate the help from you all.

Be well,
~Jeff

Bump:

No traction on a sale within the COG-dom, so I'm posting to Craigslist (Link: https://portland.craigslist.org/grg/mcy/d/underwood-2012-kawasaki-concours-14/7782359315.html) and and Cycletrader (Link: https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2012-KAWASAKI-CONCOURS-5033259186)

Please spread the word and I hope this thing gets sold before summer ends. Thanks!
