Just as a heads up, we made our reservation today under the COG room block. I was quoted a room rate of $129 per night for a single king. Definitely a pleasant surprise!
Yes, the $149 rate mentioned is only for the Saturday night before the rally and the Friday night after the rally. Rally nights are $129, higher for suites.

That information is correct and I am glad that $129.00 room rate is a pleasant surprise. The rooms at the hotel are good size with large bathrooms. Very modern and clean. Hotel was added and built in 2017. All new beds will be in place before our June rally also. :)

For those that are wanting to camp, I tried to make reservations at the Coronado Campground's website. It would not allow me because it was more than 210 days of the event. I called them, and the employee told me that I would have to wait till it's 210 days of the rally to make the reservation. I explained to him ot was for the COG rally, but he wouldn't budge.

Hi Irene, I have not spoken to anyone (Campground Management) about getting reservations at the Coronado Campground. When our group went through the campground to survey it there was no one to speak with. In the next 30 days I will get more information about Campground and KOA rates and get it posted for our attendees. Thank you for your patience.

Saw that, too. Also be very aware of the lack of hookups for RVs at Coronado. Looks like you’ll need a sewage dump cart for this place or you’ll need to drive around to the dump station every couple of days. I might be wrong because I just gave it a quick look.

Folks did you survey the Stagecoach Stop RV Park near 550 and 528 about 1 mile away from the hotel? I have not stayed there...but it does have full service sites for those that would want them. https://www.stagecoachstoprv.net/

Irene confirmed online that Coronado does not have sewer hookups, only water and electricity. They do have a dump station.
We're planning to stay there. Very short walk to rally central and very reasonable rates.
Our tanks will work for the 5 nights if we slightly conserve water 🫰

Just don't go digging in the west mesa!! Just watched the movie Boneyard. Apparently a serial killer was buring his victims out on the west Mesa back in 2009....

Robert, You were missed!
It will be just great to see both of you. Tell him we promise to have Irene's chain properly lubed and adjusted!

Booked my room yesterday. Be riding in from GA.
Ken, after last year, this week seem like a short ride!

Hi all:)
This might be the time to make a rally run for us! I saw the room rates and would appreciate the rally fees. Thanks!IMG_20241007_124258.jpg

The registration fees are not established yet for the 2025. Based on previous years, registration will probably be a little over a $100 total.
