Does anyone know. is there any aftermarket forged rims for kawasaki GTR 1400.

example : OZ , Marchesini etc etc

I don't know of any for the rear, but a ZX14 Front Wheel fits without issues, so search for aftermarket ZX14 Fronts.

i would prefer to change a pair than only changing the front .

You're not going to find any replacement aftermarket rear wheels. I did extensive research for an LSR project even trying to get one made. I settled for a CarbonFiber front wheel and left the rear alone (so far). The CF front with ceramic bearings made a noticeable difference to steering but they are NOT cheep.
 
It's a BST (BlackStoneTEK) wheel. I ordered it with the bearings installed. The are in So. Africa but have one US distributor. I'll look through my notes and get back.
