Appears too easy...

Big Wheel
My brake light has stopped functioning when I squeeze the front brake grip lever. I am assuming the cause is the $20 switch located below the master cylinder (the brake light works when depressing the rear/foot brake lever). It appears that one screw and a wire connection are all that need to be tampered with when replacing the switch. Could it really be that easy?

Todd, Does the rear brake light come one when you push on the rear brake pedal? If so the front brake switch might be bad or just dirty. Spray some WD-40, etc. in the switch and work it into the switch by pulling on the brake lever.

BTDT. Yup, it's that EZ. Follow Jay's advice, if it's toast it's no prob to r/r. 01 Conc, Mijami Floriduh OTP 06: http://tinyurl.com/2vk9o2 route map: http://tinyurl.com/4p7pmd
