since i'm 6'6" i wanted my custom seat to sit about 1" taller than our stock. put in my order and all specifics i wanted done to the seat. I wanted the step moved back 2" and 2" of foam added to the rider seat. their off the shelf concours set, sets about 1" lower than our stock seat. waited five weeks, seat arrived looking sharp i must admit. after looking at it and comparing it to stock, i realized my new seat was slightly lower than stock. word to the wise, if you order a custom built seat from them( not their standard concours seat) you better be their while they build it, they don't follow the ordered specs. at that point they tell you to kiss thier ass. this new corbin company is not as good as the old, meaning customer service. was able to sell seat on forum. :'( :'( :'( :'(

I've been reading bad things about Corbin customer service for about 5 years now.  It's sad.

I used Corbin's customer service once. Of course it could be different because my seat was flawless and didn't need repair. But the service I did get was still top notch!
