Brake pads

I am putting a new tire on the rear of my C14, Dunlop Street Smart. The brake pads are getting low and i would like to put on new ones. Question, what brake pads do yall recommend and why, such as work better wet or whatever. Thanks in advance.

In general, it has been my experience that OEM brake pads work just as good, if not better, than most all aftermarket pads. Most bikes these days come with sintered metal pads. If you do decide to use aftermarket pads I would suggest you stick with the same type. I believe the ones on the C14 are sintered metal pads.

I just had to replace my front rotors and while at it I switched to EBC pads. Much better stopping power and feel than OEM. I have used EBC on other bikes with great results. As with all new pads, be sure and bed them in properly for best results.
