C14 helmet locks ??

You will have to add your own. Some of Kawsaki's other (cruiser) bikes have helmet locks on them, so you should be able to order them and then get them rekeyed to so your C14 keys work in them.

I went to a local motorcycle junk yard and found a couple on some old bikes, and rekeyed them to fit and mounted them on the rear of the bike.

I got the Project D kit that mounts a lock on either side of the brake light.  Easy to install, looks good and does the job.  Not going to bother having them rekeyed to match the bike key as I don't see the point in it with the KiPass setup and I already carry a key chain for my house key.

I use a helmet Guardian!

I put on a rear rack from Phil, so I bought a couple of helmet locks from JC Whitney to mount on it.  The locks come with security (one way) fasteners so I drilled and tapped the holes through the rack, and mounted them on the bottom side.  The rear corners were the ideal location to avoid blocking vision of the rear brake light.  It's a slick solution.
On my classic Connie (2001) I did a similar fix.  I took the factory locks off the bike and moved them to the same location on an aftermarket rack.

Thanks for the ideas , I'll have to look around for the "project D" lock set up,and the guardian looks good as well . Don't want to do the cable and lock thing . I've owned a lot of bikes and I'm sure every one of them had this simple feature .

If you use on of the racks from Premiere Cycle Accessories you can use these locks.

Or they also sell the Helmet Guardian.  I have seen the Helmet Guardian on a buddy's bike before and it is very nice and convenient.
