City Light LED Bulb?

I had the same issue. I picked up a couple of t10-sized LED bulbs and they improved cosmetics drastically. The hardest part was getting the access panel under the nose reinstalled. Took 5 minutes to swap the bulbs, over an hour to convince all those fasteners that yes, they really DO fit in there!

Of course then I promptly replaced ALL lights with LED's until now you need sunglasses to look at the bike in broad daylight!

I also did a T10 style LED bulb swap.  There’s a video on YouTube on how to gain access to the bulbs.  Easy peasy and looks super cool.

I used these.

H4 LED Headlight Bulbs, 7200LM 9003 Head Lamps, Car Replacement Lights of Halogen and Xenon Kit, 6500K White 8V-36V, 2 Lamps

These also seem to fit accent lighting for my sidewalk, so will they really work on my 2012 C14?  I replaced the headlights and now the city lights look very yellow.

I got these in the cool 6500K color two months ago. They look great and match my LED headlights color-wise.  Installation was easy!

Thanks!  I was hoping someone had a positive experience with them.  Now I just have to decide on matching the headlights, going purple to sort of kinda match the bike, or just go Kawasaki green...

Forgot to mention, I have a '12 C14 too.  I should also mention I was unable to get SuperBright's H4 LED headlights to work - https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/motorcycle-high-beam-and-low-beam-headlight-bulb/h4-led-fanless-headlight-conversion-kit-with-internal-drivers-4000-lumensset/5321/11896/?make=97&model=3812&scc_id=1940&year=2012 - even after ordering the load resistors recommended by their customer support.  And even if they had worked with load resistors, those things were too bulky to mount so that the wires were out of the way when turning.  To their credit though, SB cheerfully provided me with a full refund on both the headlights and the load resistors.

I ended up getting Evitek headlights, which were recommended by a few here.  So far, so good, but I don't think they're offered in those "unconventional" colors you're considering.  Not sure anyone does. ;D.  For ease of install, I avoided those with external drivers because of the difficulty in mounting the drivers so that they're both secure and out of the way.

I've decided to switch to Amber city lights, after some consideration of better daytime conspicuity.
This after four years of running the 5000k blue/white lights to match LED bulbs in Headlights.

Ordered these https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/motorcycle-parking-light-bulb/194-led-landscape-light-bulb-5-smd-led-tower-miniature-wedge-retrofit-95-lumens/3305/923/?make=97&model=3812&scc_id=1944&year=2012

Planning to use these in conjunction with SOME larger spot lights under the mirrors, to complete my "triangle" of light.

Do you have any pictures of these installed ?  how bright are they ?

I just picked up a set of Denali DR1's, and I'm going to run daytime amber filters with the Amber city lights.

I'll post up pics when they're done.  :beerchug:
