Conspicuity lights

Several years back, on a different bike the license plate light was the only running light on the back of the bike. I found something called conspicuity lights that powered the rear turn signals and stop light at about 1/3 power to act as running lights but  they still maintained there regular functions. If you hit the brakes , they ALL came on as a huge brake like and if you put on a turn signal it would blink like normal. Now I would like to put them on my current bike but can't seem to find the system anymore. Anyone know of anything like this on the market today? Tired of people not seeing me as the approach from behind.

This is on a c10
For the rear, I put a 3rd brake light under my top case and black reflectors on the side cases.
For the side, I replaced the reflectors with lights Murph sells: http://www.murphskits.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_28&products_id=82
For the front I mounted some LED driving lights I had laying around on the top of and some MondoMotos on the bottom of, one of Larry Buck's light bars.  The MondoMotos come on with the high beams and the other with the low beams, courtesy of another Murp item: http://www.murphskits.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_28&products_id=102
