Dash and Windshield bumpers

When I was at Americade, I met a fellow board member and C14 rider.  He has some foam or plastic bumpers on his fairing, under the windshield, that looked to be for reducing movement of the windshield.  Does anyone know what those bumpers are?  I would love to get some, as the amount of movement of my windshield in the full down position is annoying.

Are these the bumpers you are referring to?  Your bike should have them.
