changed the "say anything" to be visible only to logged in users
changed this section to "broadcast only"
 
Update forum menu...

COG Info - has new sub items links to: Join / New COG Membership;  Renew COG Membership; Enter COGMOS Member Area; Edit / Update Member COGOS Data

Event Calendar - has new sub menu links to: Events by Month - Select Area;  Events by Date - All;  Events by Date - Next 30 Days.

 
updated forum version to 2.0.11
added new theme, and reset it to be the default.
updated mobile theme.
 
Theme choice function added. Accessed via the Profile > Preferences or at the bottom of any forum page using the "Default style" link.
