General Lubrication Question

Big Wheel
As part of routine maintenance, where and what do I lubricate/grease? Someone told me I should grease the swingarm but I don't know where the fittings are.

There are grease nipples where the rear shock meets the suspension rod. The micro fiche lays it out pretty well. http://www.rentonmotorcycles.com/fiche_image_popup.asp?fveh=9101&section=396212&year=2001&make=KAWASAKI&category=Motorcycles&dc=2397&name=Rear+Suspension

The zerk fittings on the upper ones can be a pain to get a grease gun on. Many of us have replaced them with 90* zerk fittings and getting the gun on there is a snap. 2003 Concours, 64K COG #6953 IBA 28004 http://home.comcast.net/~slybones/Concours/connieMain.htm

To add onto what Slybones said it might be hard to see the zerk fittings on the rear shocks' upper links. If you remove the mufflers from both sides it will be much easier to see em.
