Hi beam and Low beam not working suddenly - 2014 Concours 1400

Hello,

First time diving into the electrical system on this bike.

Fuses are good, as is the head relay fuse (all in same fuse box under seat).

All other electrical works - turn signals, brake light, city lights, license plate light, windscreen raise/lower.

I have Auxito LEDs installed, but they have been installed for months.

Any ideas?

Update: I dug out my old OEM bulbs and installed them - they work.

Auxito bulbs came pretty well recommended here, anyone else having problems?

Going to Amazon for an exchange, I'll give them another try.

This is bad news. I just installed the Auxitos with maybe 2 hrs on them. Getting ready for a 6-8k mile trip, this is not confidence inspiring. Please let us know what you find out, if anything.

My parts bike had Auxito bulbs. Swapped them into my new bike. They work well and I like them. I hope they continue to run.

They responded quickly and are replacing them - but if I were you I'd pack your old working bulbs just in case.

I've been running the Auxitos for two years now with no issues.

Looks like the LED board was not soldered well to the power supply board - I'll probably resolver it and test them, but run the new ones they send me.
