I purchased a 2011 C-14 and drove it home from the dealer 648 miles with no problems.  I left my key fob on the bike and within a week the battery was dead.  I realized my error and removed the key fob and put it in my pocket where it belongs. . I charged the battery and the bike started and ran all week. I let it sit for a day and on Monday it was dead again.    The other day while I was riding the bike just died like there was no fuel getting to it.  I let it sit for 5 minutes and it started up and ran with no issues.  This has happened 2 times and wondering if anybody has any ideas to shed on this odd ball situation.  The battery is fully charged so I am thinking electrical????????                                           
 
It sounds like the battery is no good in your bike. It's a brand new bike, so I would take it in to the dealer and have them fix! Congrats on the bike by the way!
