invisible armor

Crotch Rocket
Ever since the sun has come out up here in North North West West Washington, I've been seeing a lot of riders wearing some new fangled invisible armor over tank tops, shorts and sandals. It looks really comfortable and light weight. Don't know where they get it but it sure looks neat. COG # 8062 AMA # 1084053 ROMA or Scarlet harlot acording to my wife

I'm suspicious, I heard about an Emperor with some invisible clothes and it didn't work out too well for him as I recall.

Yes, I think like the Emperor's new close they can only really work for pure hearted H-D riders and squids on crotch rockets. Gave my Diamond Gusset Kevlar jeans a small test this last Saturday. The jeans are unmarked, but I have a skinned and badly bruised keen. The Murph's bars saved the day as the right side bar sacrificed itself folding back about 45* saving the mirror which folded in against the fairing reopening an old wound while only getting a pavement scare. Good news was that turning the bike upside down (well not quite upside down but close) and shaking it removed the dirt that was causing excess gas to flow through one of my float seats. Thanks Frogger The knee is fine. a couple of Chemical Ice packs Sat. night and 1 of those new bandages that look like tape but have meds and hold tight even in a shower plus a few aspirin to ease swelling and the chance of blood clots and I woke up this AM with just a big black and blue knee. Some swelling and tender but not stiff. Rode the 400 miles back home with no discomfort. COG # 8062 AMA # 1084053 ROMA or Scarlet harlot acording to my wife

Not that big of a deal. I rode away a little sore, that's all. Replaced the broken running light this morning. But thanks for the cheers anyway. COG # 8062 AMA # 1084053 ROMA or Scarlet harlot acording to my wife

On this vein, I saw my Alpine Stars armor (in my pic below) on Mythbusters when they were testing the slipping on a banana peel myth. They had spraypainted it black and obscured the logo but it was definitely my armor. They looked fine as they were repeatedly falling, but of course they weren't moving very fast.

Now back to this so called "invisible armor" How the hell do you know if anyone is wearing it when it is invisible? AKA "2linby" That's 2-lin-by folks!
