Soft Bolts & Threads

Really like my '09 Concours, but I've found something to gripe about ... The threads and bolts are rediculously soft. You have to be so, so careful not to strip threads. In my opinion it borders on rediculous. My GSX-R's and other bikes I've had are nowhere near that soft. I've replaced all of the commonly removable bolts on my bike, so now it's just the threaded holes that I have to watch for. - Rat

A couple of the ones around the battery compartment door and one of the larger ones that holds on the leftside fairing. - Rat

I've had to use an easy out to get a bolt out of the windshield and bat compartment.cheap and soft as cheese.
