Only on the bike for a week and then decided to sell the C14. 

New condition.

Discription from Twisted Throttle:
"The risers are placed between the fork crown and the handlebars to raise the bars up 2" (51mm) and back 1_1/4" (32mm). This will help to relieve wrist and neck pain on long rides. Requires no change of any control cables, wiring, or hoses."

The risers do not come with the small bracket that is in the picture on the TT website.  There are drilled holes in both riser to mount your hoses.

I have Genmar 406 riser which are the same thing. They help a lot. The hoses on each leg have a block and it bolts into the hold on the risers and keeps them secure.
