I bought this and put it on my C14, I don't use it so its up for sale. It clamps on the throttle and then rests on the brake lever when you move it and that holds the throttle in place. Its nice if you want a quick break for your hand and wrist. They are $50 new. I'll sale for $30 shipped to lower 48.

Rests on the front brake lever....

I have one - they work great going across Kansas!
