I think the c10 tech section should be in the c10 category, c14 the same. If it applies to both should be in both. I regularly forget it's there. Should be a part of the forum imo. My . 02 at least
 
The tech sections are on the main web site/server - and the forum is on a different server.
 
I think what he's saying is you can still lock them up, but add them to the appropriate section, ie C10 or C14 of the forum. Basically just make them more visible. Kinda like a sticky.
 
Based on experience gained during the 2020 COG web migration, merging the COG Library tech index into the forum is not desirable.
There are links on the main web pages and forum to make it easy to find the tech index, and the filters allow researching topics.
