Tire combo

Has anybody run a PR2 rear with a PR3 front?
Looking at changing from stock and was thinking about going with this combo as I have a buddy with a brand new 190/55 PR2 rear for cheap price.
Thanks - Paul in MD

That is the combo I currently have. The rear feels like it wants to wander ever so slightly. I currently have 7100 miles on the rear(pr2) and 2500 on the front (pr3). I have picked up 2 nails in the rear tire last week and am ordering a pr3. I like the mileage of the pr2, but I can tell that there is a difference between the 2.

I have a fairly new front Bridgestone 23 that came on the bike when i bought it,and yesterday was kind of stuck on a ride and had to buy a new tire.Well,All i could find was a Michelin 2ct 190/50/17 ,so purchased it and its really pretty dam good even matched up with the front 23.How long will it last?well have to wait and see. ;D
