Track Day at Roebling Road

Here is a link to some of my photos of a track weekend at Roebling Road. I don't have any pics of me riding, though I had a great time on my ZZR1200. I rode with Doug, another COG'er and BMWNEF member. This was a BMW-oriented track day though only about 6 of the 20 people there were riding BMW's. One group of three Italian fellows were on Ducatis, and many of the riders rode GSXR's, R-6/R-1's, CBR600RR,s and I saw one ZX-9. I rode novice and was able to get up to an indicated 125mph on the straightaway. I was just taking it easy and getting to know the track. Some of the faster novices were clocked at 131mph at the end of the straight. That's fast! Nate Kern (www.natekern.com) was there and provided his wisdom and experience to us to keep it safe and also to improve our riding abilities. Two GSXR's went down and a BMW 1200 oilhead went down, all at good speed. Nobody was seriously hurt thank goodness.
