Crotch Rocket
Just road from one end to the other. Actually, from Port Angeles to New Port. 478 miles. My longest ride ever on the Connie.
It is a great road with everything from sea level ferry boat ride to a couple of mountain passes. Coastal rain forest to high semi desert.
Big down side right now is it also has 100 miles of very fresh chipseal with sections of fresh oil. Almost solid construction from Tonasket to Colvile, what would have been a very fun section of road.
Spent Sunday night in Spokane, and headed back to Concrete on Highway 2 and then up to Grand Coulee Dam for breakfast at Flo's, (her motto is :10,000 Flys can't be wrong" and they are not).
From there up to Winthrop to have BBQ with the Skagit Power Sports group and their "Bun Warmer 300".
Home to Concrete and "My Bed"!
I really want to do it again when the road is better.
