what is different from my 1986 to my 2000

my manual covers 1986 to 1996 what differences are there for my 1986 and my 2000 concours i know the forks and some electrical upgrades and can anyone suggest a place to buy fork brace the 2000 needs fork seals front brake calipers stick need rebuilt and tires while i have her apart what else do you suggest i do she has 5400 miles on her should probably do the first valve adjust bought it in Florida seems to not get as good of gas millage as my 1987 the person i bought it from older gentleman had 1000 dollars in work done to it to get it running the redid the carbs thought maybe they jetted it different for Florida weather then Pennsylvania weather well that's enough for to night
