What is Powerlet on Heli Bars

Hello folks! Just wondering what this powerlet is for on the Heli Bar with Ram Ball. It certainly isnt standard and I dont recognize what it accepts. Some kind of heated gear, maybe? See pics....thanks!

Looks like a standard Powerlet socket to me, to be used for what ever you need power for. Sorry I don't have Heli Bars so maybe I'm wrong but I do have a Powerlet socket I installed on the side of my C14 when I ran heated gear wiring. I think the powelet type plugs and sockets are much more reliable and don't pop out as much as the "regular" 12v ones do (like the one that comes on a C14 dash). The male part for your socket is pictured below.

Thank you! I will look into these. I am only awar of the standard 12v.

This is awesome! I found all the information I need! Cant believe I havent heard of this before! Will be perfect for my heated gear setup!
