These critters cannot be bought retail any longer I am finding out.  After leaving mine exposed to the elements for a few years (like an idiot) the power feed finally corroded away.  Watching eBay, but you know what that's like.  The kits were $50 new, I'll entertain any reasonable prices for just the cradle unit itself in decent useable condition if anyone's got one.

Appreciate the suggestion but I'm looking for the powered cradle, and AFAIK that is an oem unit only, unfortunately.  :(
 
mount guys is where I got mine ,it is powered in that it comes with a relayed lead that is wired to your accessory box and plugs into the garmin.Just like a car mount. :)
