2010 C14 trivia

Here is something that I neglected to mention in my review. The gauges on the 2010 C14 now have white back lighting instead of red.

Some guy on concours.org made this mod on the 2008/2009. I can dig up the thread. Apart from taking the instrument panel out, the rest didn't sound too bad... EDIT: found it: http://forum.concours.org/index.php?topic=48913.0

I'll tell ya something else. There is a new insulation blanket on the bottom of the fuel tank, and a whole new air dam around the front portion of the engine block that prevents air from flowing further back and forces it to go out the main side vents. Much of the foam insulation on the back sides of the fairing panels has also been removed.

Connie number Four has been traded in for Connie number five. I already have her all torn apart in the garage and am heavy into the farkling stage trying to get all my "stuff" put back on.
