Indeed....hats off to these gentlemen who actually did most/all of the work!!!  :great:
I'm just in charge of communications (meaning...someone thinks I have a big mouth).  :)  Added camping info to initial post.

Mike

I would but that's two days off for her as she works Friday and Saturdays.
She might have a hard time arranging it as we are going on a big cruise in October and getting married in December

Old Man, what route up are you taking?
Dunno yet. Planning on a Thurs night overnight up and a Sunday night overnight back though.

Me thinks I will be there. Doing major tune-up on the C-10 - (going on 80,000 miles) after Sturgis ride this month. What a psycho place. New tires, valve adjust, brakes, fork oil, plugs, yadayadayada. The point is that I plan to ride a nice long distance soon and this event seems to be the one. Incidentally, I rode back from Hot Springs, South Dakota in 23 hours straight. According to Google maps that is over 1,400 miles -- having gone through Denver to the 70. Lemme see 1,400 divided by 23 = 60mph average. I may have to sign up for an Ironbutt sticker. The point was to avoid riding across the desert during the day and it all worked out okay.
Oh well, plan to make Yreka in an easy days ride. Gotta love these Connies!

Meet me in Hendo Attila. I may need a coach.

As long as it's not a total soaker rain weekend me and Gumby are planning to ride down for this event to keep an eye on OMC!

;) :) :singing:

Sorry, not going to make this one, my company picnic, of which I am the coordinator, is that same weekend. Don't think the boss would like it if I didn't show up.

Have fun!!!

This noob is riding up to see how friendly and fun these COG rally things really are.

Won't be able to make it, but I need a cover photo for the fall issue of The Concourier magazine. I'll probably get flack if the 3rd cover in a row ends up being one from the SW -- but I need art and Lassen is cover-worthy if you can line it up.

Think vertical, in focus, large MB file. And I need the art by 9/15ish.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Dan

Most of the talkin' was done for Friday night and all the Connies were tucked in for the night.
