Bridgestone's new t31 tires

I noticed that a few of the online sites are running a clearance on the t30 series tires now and there is the new t31 in the line. Supposedly better wet weather grip and slightly improved handling.
 
i have rear waiting to go on as soon as i wear out the angel gt that's on it now.Bridgestone has a rebate of 25 dollars per tire up to 4 tires on them now for a limited time.
