the dealer i bought from "told me" Kawasaki pays 110% maint cost when covered under warrentee?

Under "Owner obligations" it says owners are responsible for all Maintenance costs...."

i mis spoke , for warranty covered items.  i was told the shop is paid 110% for the repair.

That would be news to me,  usually the Maker pays a set rate per job regardless of how long the job actually took wheras the dealer charges hourly....
