Do you recognise this bike?

Cykaca

Big Wheel
I believe I'm the third owner of this fine machine. the guy I bought it from got it from Skagit Power Sports. I'd really like to talk to the original owner to thank him for the excellent care that he obviously gave it. http://picasaweb.google.com/Neil.Skovholt/ConcoursAtHome If anyone recognizes this bike and knows the first owner maybe you could get him to contact me through this forum.

The bike looks in really good condition. I like the detailing that was done with the pinstrips etc. Very nice. Was that from WA state? Greg COG # 7010/7010a (Tracey) CDA 0120 Connie Droppers Anonymous Awards Dude (CDAAD) 99 Connie "Herrin Christabelle". 05 Ninja 250

Thanks for the reply, Yes I'm in WA. I believe Skagit Power Sports is in Burlington or Arlington north of Seattle on I-5. The guy I purchased it from takes the pics for the dealership website.

I think I have seen the bike in pictures before but have no clue who owned it. You could try looking over Elvin's photo pages and see if it shows up there and gives you a clue. http://"http//www.pbase.com/elvin315%22 Sorry its a lot to look through. ---------------------------------- I will answer any question. It is up to you to figure out if I should have.

Hi and welcome to COG-dom, I'm in the Renton/Newcastle area (I saw your other post too)... and also kinda down in your area, there are at least a couple memebers in the Enumclaw area. Regarding your ? about regular meeting places... that hasn't happened around here that I'm aware of. But like others have said - find the calendar, the N.W. calendar... this area has a very active (I think) group of Concours riders. There are organized rides, RTE's (ride to a place to eat) and tech/wrench sessions. Regarding your bike - Wow that's nice, it sure has a ton of add-on's (farkles) to it. I don't know anything of it's history though. I have heard that Skagit Power Sports is a good shop though. Good luck and enjoy :)
