Electrical schematic?

Anyone seen an electrical schematic on the internet for the Connie? I am making custom led turn signals for the bike. I want to find out where the electrical part is that turns the light on and off (so I can bypass it). My concern is that the led will be forced to flash on and off, I want it to stay on continous. (I'm making a sequential setup in the stock bezels - similar to the mustang). Any help would be appreciated.

Chris, I did this on a Katana and it was easier to swap the signals and then put a resisitor inline for the rear ones to provide the right amount of resistance. It should be almost a plug-and-play experience except for splicing the resistors inline. I would suggest searching the web for installation instructions for LED turn signals in general - almost all Japanese motorcycles are designed the same and it would apply to the Conk. If you still need the schematic, PM me your email address and I can create a PDF of one for you. David, Thanks for the response. I'm trying to take out the flash completely. I want a continuous draw of power, I need to cut out the controller that makes the turn signal 'blink'. So when I turn on the left turn signal the light stays 'on'. I have no clue where in the bike this controller is. Again any advice is much appreciated. Colin

I figured it out. the controller 'flasher' appears to be on the right side of the bike. (used a parts schematic 'kawasakipartsnation.com') Gonna solder the led's and ic's tomorrow. by pass the flasher device, and all should be good. If it turns out good I'll make a video and post on youtube. just wish the snow would melt and spring would come, -_- Colin

Colin, What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Perhaps that will clear away the cobwebs in my understanding of your question. I was trying to figure out the electrical schematics for the turn signal system on the kawasaki concours. I've made some unique led turn signal circuits that require constant power (when switched on). I wanted to find out how the concours handled the 'flashing' part of the turn signal system as I needed to stop the flashing. *** I found the 'flash' controller under the right glove box. today I was able to bypass the 'flash' controller. All is good. Colin
