Unfortunately Im finding out due to a crappy specialist who set my leg years ago and when my knee is straight my right foot is cocked with my toes toward the right and Im having issues applying the rear brake. Is there an extender or a way of bending and I know its cast without cracking it?

You could buy another Brake Pedal on Ebay/other, cut it and the original to form the angle/length you need, and have it TIG welded together.
As it's cast aluminum it will take a skilled welder, but doable.
May even be possible to bolt the 2 pieces together, but stronger/looks better if welded.

Ride safe, Ted

Welding is pretty much out of the question as I dont know anyone who could do it. I even looked into heating it and bending it and that seems to be a crapshoot at best.

There's a bunch of different bolt on extenders online to make the platform larger . Search for "motorcycle brake pedal extension "

My area is basically dry when it comes to shops, theres not even any motorcycle dealers for quite a few miles around here. I need at least a 3 inch extension on the pedal. Looks like it might be my fall project among other things.

Used Cra-z's suggestion on Ebay. Found quite a few versions.
Most didn't look like they could be mounted on the C-10 pedal without a lot of mods.
Came across this one. Looks like it would be possible to drill tap the stock pedal and bolt it on?

That one from Ebay looks like it would do the trick. Like you say a lot of the other ones and Ive been looking all over the web including Amazon dont look like they would fit without major modifications.

Heres the 1st fitting of the extension I made . Seems to be what I need, now I just have to finish it and refine it. I also have to drop the pedal a bit. But so far so good.

You are on the right track I think, a long time ago, I saw someone do essentially the same thing and it worked for him, it's a matter of tweaking and experimentation. Good luck.
